If you don’t need full property management but still want regular inspections, our Home Watch Services provide scheduled check‑ins for second homes in Sarasota and nearby islands.

1. Basic Monthly Check-In

  • Two visits per month.

  • Visual inspection of the property (exterior and readily accessible interior areas).

  • Turning on and off water supply as requested for arrival and departure.
