  • Two visits per month.

  • Visual inspection of the property (exterior and readily accessible interior areas).

  • Turning on and off water supply as requested for arrival and departure.

  • Flushing toilets and running faucets to prevent stagnation.

  • Collection of mail and packages (forwarding available for an additional fee).

  • Email updates after each visit.

4. Customized Concierge Services

  • Airport pickup and drop-off arrangements

2. Enhanced Monthly Care
(Starting at $159 /month)

  • Twice-monthly visits, plus one additional check-in before your arrival.

  • All services included in the Basic Monthly Check-In.

  • Light plant watering (up to a specified number of indoor plants).

  • Checking of HVAC system settings.

  • Verification of appliance functionality (visual check).

  • Arranging for minor repairs or maintenance upon your authorization (additional fees may apply).

  • Bi-weekly visits (twice per month).

  • All services included in the Enhanced Monthly Care.

  • Thorough interior inspection, including checking for pests or water leaks.

  • Starting vehicles periodically (if applicable and accessible).

  • Coordination of pre-arrival services (e.g., grocery stocking, house cleaning - additional fees apply).

  • Detailed monthly reports with photos.
